📸 PROOF OF DESTRUCTION

To avoid high international return costs, we require proof of product destruction instead of a physical return.

How to proceed:
1. Cut or destroy the product visibly
2. Take a clear photo showing the destroyed product
3. Send the photo to contact@brightypaws.com with your order number

✅ Once we receive proof, we will immediately process the refund or replacement.

💰 REFUNDS

Once your request has been approved and proof of destruction has been received:

🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

The following situations are NOT eligible for reimbursement:

❌ Change of mind after full use of the product
❌ Refusal to provide the requested proof of destruction

🕒 ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled FREE OF CHARGE within 12 hours of purchase.

⚠️ After 12 hours, the order may already be being processed or shipped. Cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow the standard return procedure.
